First-Rate Professional Development

The Institute for Performance Improvement supports the International Society for Performance Improvement to provide The LAUNCH!, -- a national job-embedded development program, annual conference tracks for school improvement facilitators and monthly virtual  institutes. Go to to access Professional Development just for K-12 school improvement facilitators, and great offerings for professional learning with peers in other sectors.   

Professional Certification

Members of the ISPI/SIS Network receive a $100 discount on the fully evidence-based Certified School Improvement Specialist certification awarded by the Institute for Performance Improvment.  Successful applicants receive a verifiable digital badge. Learn more at
